2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the initial assessment.
Final pricing may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered during the job.
We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Appointments & Access

Clients must ensure access to the premises at the agreed appointment time.
Missed appointments without prior notice (24 hours) may incur a call-out fee.
For safety and efficiency, all pets and children must be kept away from the work area.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in service delays and may incur additional charges or interest.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We offer warranties on labour and parts (where applicable), typically for a period of 12 months.
Warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, or damage caused by unrelated third-party work.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment or parts may vary.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information regarding the issue or service required.
Ensure that plumbing, heating, or AC systems are accessible and ready for inspection or service.
Obtain any required permissions from landlords, property managers, or co-owners.

7. Liability Limitations

AGA BY ADRIAN LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of income, property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or delays beyond our control.
We will not be held responsible for damages due to faulty third-party equipment or client-supplied materials.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds (if applicable) will be considered based on the stage of work completed and any materials used.
Special-order or customized materials are non-refundable.

9. Emergency Services

Emergency call-outs are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional charges based on time and urgency.
Emergency response times are estimates and may vary due to location and availability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within that jurisdiction.
